Venus, the planet of love, money and values is pushing you to go through a reevaluation.
I really do mean PUSH, since it begins in the sign of Aries.
Venus goes retrograde in the sign of Aries TOMORROW, March 1st 2025.
This Venus retrograde occurs in both the signs of Aries & Pisces— helping us reassess our desires, identity, compassion, and spirituality.
It takes place from March 1st to April 12th 2025, and begins at 10° of Aries, and ends at 24° of Pisces.
Venus Retrogrades don’t happen often, they are less frequent than let’s say, a Mercury Retrograde—they take place every 18 months.
Think of it as a love, values & money doctor check-up!
Retrogrades are often heard and met with angst. Why this delay? Why this misunderstanding? Why do I feel like this person is being weird? Why am I being weird?
However, we need retrogrades to help us reassess what is truly important in our life. We need to slow down. We need to take a step back, in order to move forward.
Venus retrogrades are a for us to really reflect, revisit and reassess our values and how we show up in relationships.
As someone who was born under a Venus retrograde (I have Venus in Virgo Retrograde as my chart ruler), I can honestly tell you that I see relationships, money and love very differently then my friends.
I had to learn a lot of hard lessons around my own unique approach to navigating relationships, my money mindset, and my values. I hope my horoscope and reading perspective and approach helps you immensely because of this!

Themes around money, relationship patterns, initiative, healing the masculine energy, independence, action, dreams, collective energy, empathy, and worthiness can come up during this period.
Please note, this Venus retrograde can feel a bit awkward, as if someone has pulled back their energy.
I highly recommend not to make any definite decisions around relationships. Instead, have curious conversations.
It’s okay to reach back out to someone, just don’t hold any expectations on how it will go.
Will there be breakups?
Yes, there is a possibility for those who are on an unstable foundation in their relationships to reevaluate their relationship. This could also look like having conflicting values, and realizing it might not work out for you in the long-term. Yet ultimately, this is HELPFUL.
There is no need to fear a Venus Retrograde. This specific Venus Retrograde will really help us work through what we actually WANT, and how we’re healing our sense of worthiness— especially since Chiron is in Aries.
Venus Retrogrades are still a lovely time to reminisce and reconnect with friends! The nostalgia really gets RAMPED up!
Will exes come back?
For quite a few people, yes! It really depends on your chart. People are reassessing their relationships and values at this time.
However, I highly recommend not to commit to a relationship during a Venus Retrograde, and take things slow. Wait until the retrograde is over to become official with someone.
Who does it affect the most?
Aries, Pisces, Libra, Taurus and Virgo Rising, Sun, Moon and stelliums are heavily affected by this specific Venus Retrograde.
However, we will ALL feel it!
